5cm
is an movie which tell about friendship of five person. This movie tries to
tell you about many things in friendship, dreams, life, love and spirit to be a
winner.
Zafran
(Herjunot Ali), Genta (Fedi Nuril), Arial (Denny Sumargo), Riani (Raline Shah),
and Ian (Saykoji) are Five person who have very strong union friendship. One night,
They togather at Arial’s home. They talk about boredom with last ten years
their activities. Then, Genta think that they are not allowed to meet and
communication for three months. All agrees with that statement. Then, they do
their activity by theirselves. Ian finish his thesis from university and
graduated soon. Genta and Riani work in the office. Arial focus to run after
his love in GYM and try to say hello. Zafran tries to be closer with Dinda
(Pevita Pearce)-Arial’s sister and get her love by calling her everyday.
Someday
before Three Months, Genta send a message to all, he wants all prepare
something for a trip and try to jogging everyday. Then, they meet in the
Railway station of Jakarta and go to the Malang. Genta say that its will be a
fantastic and unbelieveable moment they do ever. When they in the Malang, Genta
tell all that they will go to the Semeru volcano. Before starting the journey,
Zafran say,”I have take the top of volcano and we in here”(to point at 5 cm in
front of eyes)then each of them says, “What we need at the moment are only feet
which will walk farther than usual, hands which will do much more than usul,
eyes which will stare longer than usual, necks which will look up more
frequently than usual, layers of will which are a thousand times stronger than
steel, hearts which will work harder than usual and mouths which will always
pray”. Then, they start walk with their dreams and certainty. Finally they can
standing up in the top of volcano with proud and happy.
5cm
is one of the best movie which present about how beautiful Earth of Indonesia.
This movie present beautiful Semeru volcano and the culture with beauty
visualization. That make this movie look natural. Good job for director and
crew of movie. Beside the visualization, 5cm supported by great music
and young actors and actresses.
From all we can conclude, that in
our life we must have dream, plan, and goal to be success. We can learn from
this movie about it. And we can learn how important friendship in our life to
support us for grab our dreams.
